Demo Project began as an idea — that a cafe could slow down. We roast in small batches, bake through the night, and brew each cup as if it were the only one. No queues rushed, no orders shouted.
Everything here is intentional: the grain of the wood, the weight of the cup, the quiet between songs. We hope you stay awhile.
